Dr. Gita Dey, former Prof. In Charge of R.K.Women's College has been a strong champion of girls education and empowerment. A Ph.D in philosophy she has been long associated with social, educational and cultural activities for the development of women ang girls.
Swapna Roy
Vice President
Swapna Roy is a skilled trainer and grassroot social worker. She has been engaged since two decades in women empowerment programs through social mobilization, skills development and gender mainstreaming.
Mr. Krishna Kant
Secretary
Krishna, a post graduate in Geology and Law Graduate has previous track of development support to grass root organizations and other agencies in Eastern India region for more than 15 years period. As a social entrepreneur and innovator he has been recognized by the Birsa Agriculture University for development of Saral Usna - Rice parboiler, a low cost energy efficient technology for rice parboiling. He has been also recognized by the Govt. of Jharkhand for introducing the idea of Farmers' Single Window System which has been adapted and introduced in the Annual Budget 2016-17 of Jharkhand Govt. under Yojna Banao Initiative.
Mr. Rupam Roy
Treasurer
Rupam is an accomplished Music Coach and Youth Accompanist by passion. He is a graduate with PG Diploma in Rural Development and a free lance development consultant working with grass root organizations in Jharkhand.
Ms. Babita Sinha

Masters in Social Work, Babita is presently working as a non-profit manager in Jharkhand. She has been identified by Global Call for Action Against Poverty as brand promoter for action against poverty. She is also a post graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication and focus on the process of women in development.
Rajesh Kumar Jha

Mr. Rajesh is a development professional with more than 26 years of experience of working at various capacities in Jharkhand. A post graduate in Geology and inspired with the water campaigns in Jharkhand (then Bihar) Rajesh joined and actively contributed to the flood and drought campaigns in Jharkhand. He has been the fore runners to pilot watershed concept in Jharkhand since 2002.
Rajesh with his long experience of working with cross functional teams has good understanding and track of organizational governance and program management. He is also an acclaimed international trainer/resource person in watershed management and community-based malnutrition management.

Mrs. Banani Ghose has a deep interest in art & literature. As a social worker she has been actively involved in promoting fine arts & literature.
